How to use
• For a natural blotted look, apply to the back of the hand and use finger to lightly dab color onto the lip. Focus color intensity in the center of the lip and blend out to the edges.
• For a defined, high-impact look, use the pointed edge of the applicator to line the edges of the lips. Use the flat side to fill in for a bold lip look.
